Pole Position Travel has been at the Qatar grand prix since its first event in 2004. We love the place! We are based in UK and Prague, Czech Republic, but we will have a man in Doha.

Just so you know you are in good hands, we go to all 18 events, with over 3000 customers in the past 3 years. We are far and away the main agency operating to the Qatar MotoGP; and while it is a comparatively small event, we consider it one of our flagships (and a favourite) - we like the small intimate crowds we get in Doha!

BOOKING

We take our committment to provide a quality travel experience seriously! When you request a quotation from us, we will send you a complete itinerary and broken-out cost for the services and tickets. Ask all the questions you like, we are here to help you!

We have limited availability on all tickets and packages; virtually all of our product is online for instant booking. While we are happy to talk to you, there is a danger that someone can book out products before we close with you. if you book online, this is not a firm and final committment from you -- we don't charge credit cards until we get go-ahead from you (usually within a week). The SAFEST approach is to book your product online THEN contact us with questions, alterations, or even to cancel if your plans change.

When we agree on a final itinerary (we can hold products for a week or so while you make final decisions and plans) we will send you a proforma invoice allowing you to pay via credit card (though our VERY secure card payment system, requiring you to confirm with a PIN number/password if your bank implements the 3D scheme); or via bank transfer in GBP, EUR, USD and CZK. We do reecommend bank transfer - we do not charge a surcharge on credit card transactions, but they are denominated in our home currency (the Czech Koruna) and we find banks these days often do not use favourable interest rates.
