If previous years are anything to go by, the Qatar GP at the new Losail International Circuit will be one of the most exclusive events of the year. With fewer than 5,000 attendees in total, and absolutely top notch service at the VIP Village, you will feel like you are part of the event.

While there are no guarantees, in years past customers met and got photographed with several GP riders. We get you as close to the action as possible without a pillion helmet Join the elite VIP crowd for a weekend of luxury, camaraderie, and great moto sports action.

This year we feature some of the most luxurious hotels in the Middle East, the sublime 5* Marriott Doha Hotel & Resort for our 'Superior' package and the exceptional 5* Sharq Village for our Deluxe package. We also have a great value CLASSIC package at a downtown 4* hotel.

THURDSAY 8.Apr

• We collect you from the airport whenever you arrive (Wed - Sat)
• Join us for a drink at our evening Happy Hours if in town.

FRIDAY 9.Apr

• OPTIONAL 'Desert Safari' in case you fancy a dune attack & some Quad biking. Incredible fun.
• Either attend evening Practice sessions at the circuit; first qualifiers for 125cc and 250cc
• OR Join us for our opening reception in the evening with food, drink, guest speaker

SATURDAY 10.Apr

• OPTIONAL 'City tour', takes your around the city to visit highlights such as the camel farm and the amazing souks (shopping/markets); followed by DHOW Cruise for a couple of hours around the Doha harbour
• Evening our shuttle takes you to and from track
• Qualifying sessions for all classes
• Pit lane walk for VIP customers
• Dinner at track for VIP Village and Losail Club customers

SUNDAY 11.Apr RACE DAY!

• Spend the day chilling out, shopping, or exploring more of Qatar (we can arrange private tours)
• Evening Shuttle service to and from track
• Races, 125cc, Moto2, MotoGP. You will get back to hotel around 0100
• Return to late night winding down drinks at the Nightclub

MONDAY 13.Apr

• Join us for optional Pole Position golf session for a bit of fun
• Check out at your leisure (late check out times have been arranged owing to the late night event!)
