If you want to get as close as possible to the action, the VIP Village is the only place to be.
Qatar is a very special circuit. With attendances in the low thousands (at most!) compared with 100,000+ at other events, it feels like a truly exclusive club. We have shaken hands with many riders in the paddock, bumped into teams at the few international bars, and generally the whole atmosphere is laid back and welcoming.
Doha is a very pleasant surprise as well - beautiful white sand beaches, fantastic food, and in April we don't expect it to be too hot... And if you or your partner is into shopping, you are in paradise! Incredible shopping malls, no people!
The centrepiece of our tours is the Qatar MotoGP VIP Village. This is the most exclusive VIP Village of the tournament as you rub shoulders with sheiks and the top of the MotoGP world. The VIP Village features pit lane walks, paddock tours, service road tours, superb catering, bar with beer & wine (the only alcohol available at Losail), official programme, the VIP game, and more... The Village itself is situated just over the pit lane with superb view to the start grid; and there is a private outdoor viewing stand on the back curves - featuring a big TV and an exclusive viewing area!
For corporate entertaining, company incentives, or just plain MotoGP devotees, the VIP Village is as close you can get to the action without riding pillion.
We are the experts at getting the 'insiders' treatment for all our destinations. Frequently we are able to introduce guests to riders; our experts in house help you understand the action; and we bend over backwards to help you with any special request.
The VIP Village terrace is in front of the Pit Lane near the start/finish line; and at the peak point of one of the longest straightaways in the MotoGP tournament - nearly 1.1km where the bikes hit 300kph! Fully air conditioned of course, with CCTV and all the normal VIP Village amenities.
Here's what you get:

- Dinner, petit fours, snacks
- Open bar (beer/wine; the only place you can get a beer at the circuit!)

- Private grandstand on back curves (cannot be seen with grandstand tickets)

The VIP Village

Exclusive Pit Lane Walks
Sometimes we are able to organise very special experiences!

You never know who will put in an appearance (Loris Capirossi, Troy Bayliss and crew 2004)

and you never know who you might see from the terrace.... (2005)

Our pioneers were almost the only ones there at the first Qatar GP in 2004!
